At COCOON, we want you to love your home sanctuary; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unassembled condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
