Standard furniture orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Transit times vary by location, but most customers receive their pieces within 7-14 business days via our specialized white-glove delivery partners.
What is your return policy for home decor and textiles?
We offer a 30-day return window for most unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding cannot be returned once the protective seal has been broken.

We recommend professional cleaning for our larger upholstery. For linens and cotton throws, machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water and air dry to maintain the integrity of the natural fibers.
